Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return your original item first. Once the return is approved and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional processing time.
